How to play

The game starts with a person whose skin tone you choose, and then hands you a scene to dress them for. The scene is the brief: the look you build is meant to fit where this paper doll is going. To build it, you open the diary — the game’s running wardrobe of saved outfits and pieces — and pull from it to assemble the look. You can pick a previous outfit, or pull individual pieces and mix and match them into a new combination.

When the look is locked in, the paper doll appears in the scene you were dressing them for, alongside the other people who are part of that scene in their own outfits. The finished look — the one you just assembled — is then written back into the diary, so the wardrobe grows with every round you play.
